Since 1930 Chicago Guarantee Survey has been preparing plats of survey for the Old Chicago Sun Times building. As you may know that building was demolished to make way for Trump Tower. All three of our companies have had a hand in the creation of the tower. Chicago Guarantee did the original Plat of Survey before construction started. James Schaeffer and Schimming worked on various layout and quality control tasks.
